These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website SmartCreditco.com operated by SmartCredit (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to comply with these terms in their entirety.

The Service provides free informational tools that allow users to compare online loan offers from registered third-party lenders in Colombia. SmartCredit is NOT a lender, does not issue credit, does not accept deposits, does not issue financial guarantees, and does not offer insurance of any kind.
When using the comparison tool, the user may be redirected to an associated lender's website. From that point forward, the relationship is established directly between the user and the lender. SmartCredit does not intervene in the application, approval, terms, interest rates, deadlines, or disbursement of the loan.
SmartCredit does not perform credit evaluations, does not check credit bureaus, does not approve or reject loan applications, and does not determine the financial conditions offered to the user. All credit decisions are the sole responsibility of the selected lender.
The user agrees to: (a) provide truthful information when using the service; (b) read and understand the lender's terms, rates, fees, and repayment conditions before signing any contract; (c) verify that the lender holds appropriate authorization and registration with Colombian financial authorities.
Information presented on SmartCredit (rates, amounts, terms, conditions) is for informational and guidance purposes only. While we strive to keep it current, we do not guarantee its accuracy or validity. Definitive conditions will be those established directly by each lender at the time of application.
All site content (text, designs, logos, source code, images, and graphic elements) is the property of SmartCredit or its respective owners. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
SmartCredit shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including but not limited to: financial decisions made based on site information, actions or omissions of third-party lenders, service interruptions, or technical errors.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from use of the site shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bogotá.
SmartCredit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the service after publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
